3D Printing Services for Research & Development

Rapid Prototyping & Additive Manufacturing Solutions

Our 3D Printing facility provides specialized additive manufacturing services designed to support research and development activities. From basic CAD modeling of simple mechanical components to complex functional parts, we offer a complete workflow for your projects.

What we Offer?

●  We assist with everything from basic CAD modeling of simple components (like brackets and clips) to advanced assemblies with complex geometries.

●  We provide specialized services to edit or redesign existing parts from STL/STEP models.

●  Our process includes slicing, support optimization, and dimensional verification using vernier calipers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How is the printing cost calculated?

Printing costs are calculated based on the actual weight of the material used9. Standard colors (White/Black) are charged at Rs. 25-30 per gram, while assorted colors are charged at Rs. 30-35 per gram.

2. What file formats do you accept for printing?

For printing, we require STL files. If you need design modifications or reverse engineering, we work with STEP models.

3. Does the CAD design service include revisions?

Yes, all our CAD Modeling packages (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced) include 2 modifications in the base price.

4. Can you help if I only have a physical part and no design file?

Yes, we offer Reverse Engineering services. We can measure and recreate the digital CAD model from your physical part, suitable for editing or redesigning.

5. What is "Slicing & Process Planning"?

This is the pre-printing preparation stage where we optimize the digital file for the printer. It involves setting the correct layer height, and support & infill optimization.
